How do I know If our ServiceNow Instance is a hosted on Cloud or On Prem ?

How can I find the information such as name of Database that it is hosted on ?

If you can access your ServiceNow instance via internet only, it is hosted on Cloud. ServiceNow is using MySQL and I don't think database name is exposed.

Hi @pardhiv,

you can find a good hint at stats.do:

Self hosted instances usually do not have "service-now.com" in the cluster node.
