CMDB CI Class Models Plugin but no Handheld Computing Data

We are pulling in our CMDB CI data from another instance and in our pull I have confirmed there are Handheld Computing Devices but they are not coming into our CMDB CI.

I spoke with SN who suggested installing the CMDB CI Class Models plugin which I did.

Is there any next steps? I am told the handheld computing devices should be coming in but they are not.
