Hello,
In dev original cmdb_ci type change reference to choice i want restore as reference there is any way to do because when i tried its not restore.

In ServiceNow, it is highly recommended to never change an existing field's type directly (e.g., Reference to Choice). This breaks existing data relationships. Instead, create a new Choice field, map the existing data over, and retire the old field. [1]
