Hello, ServiceNow community,
I've encountered an issue where the list of values from the cmdb_ci table is not showing up in the "Configuration Item" field on the Incident form. However, these same values do appear when I use the same "Configuration Item" field on a Change form.
Is there a specific configuration or setting that might be causing this inconsistency? I'd greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to troubleshoot and resolve this issue.

Hi,
This is most likely due to dictionary override being used to provide different reference qualifier for different tables.
