Hello Team,

I have configured an identification rule for the hardware class, specifically for the name attribute. However, I am still encountering a significant number of duplicate CIs being imported from the third-party tool, despite having confirmed the identification rule for the name field. Could someone please guide me on why this might be happening? Thank you.

Hi @ShashikantP7021 , 

Please check the import process and re-validate the transform map ( if created ) then name field is primary key or not.

Also check import set log, if data is coming via staging table and process by transform map, re-check that which column is coalesc = true.
