Priority-Based Dynamic Sorting of Work Items in the Service Operations Workspace

Hello,

 

I’m attempting to dynamically sort the queue inbox with work items based on the priority of incidents. However, when I configure the "Work Item Sort Order," it only applies after reloading the queue, rather than updating dynamically. I suspect this could be due to the queue not evaluating the priority values of existing work items before a new one is added.

 

If anyone has insights or workarounds for this issue, I’d greatly appreciate your input!
