I'm a solution architect that's new to Service Now and I'm attempting to build a query that shows Servers missing Application Services with the RunsOn attribute. We have Business Applications in LeanIX that correspond to our Business Applications in Service Now. We create a Deployment in LeanIX, that replicates to Service now and creates an Application Service. This shows up as Downstream relationships: Business Application, and then "Consumes" the production, test, and dev Application Service Instances. Then in SNOW we add server CIs to the Application Service Instances, which shows up as RunsOn in downstream relationships.
I know the data exists that I need, as I can export cmdb_ci_server and cmdb_rel_ci and do a left join to see Servers missing Application Instances. Nothing I seem to try with CMDB Query Builder seems to work. I believe I'm looking to do something like this. Any assistance to what I'm doing wrong is appreciated.
