cmn_location & core_company ITSM

In ITSM UI, I couldn't see an option to refer location in companies form and vice versa. However in cmn_location db there is a field company how does this mapping is done ? i.e When i create a company , how to associate that company to some location.

You need to add it manually by configuring the related list.

Hi @Adithya Khurana 

I guess you are looking for the edit button so that you can link existing locations to the company.

To do that:

  • Right click on the related list header and select List Control.

  • Uncheck the omit edit button, and click on Enable Edit UI action.

  • Now the edit button will be visible and you can associate existing location.
