Coaching Module - Relationship between virtual coach and coaching opportunity.

Hello,

How virtual coach is triggered when it is attached to any coaching opportunity?

I have created coaching opportunity record on Change request table and attached virtual coach record to it. Using this coaching assessment is created but virtual coach didn't triggered. Conditions of created change request are meet with conditions defined in virtual coach record.

Wanted to know how coaching opportunity and virtual coach works together. On which scenario/condition virtual coach triggers?

I am not getting 3rd point. Everything looks good as per your process, but still virtual coach is not triggered.

According to 3rd point, the conditions for the coaching opportunity are met, Coaching Assessment is triggered but not the Virtual Coach.

Can you help me with demo like how virtual coach trigger using triggers.

By mentioning that the Virtual Coach did not trigger, did you mean that the learning tasks were not getting automatically assigned to the trainee or surveys were not getting assigned to the coach/trainee?

Going by the official documentation, the objective behind having Virtual Coach is to automate some tasks that would otherwise be performed manually.
