Cofigure Reference List

Hi All,

 

 

I was wondering if it is possible to configure the columns for the groups table when I click on 'Assignment Group' on Incident Form.

At the moment I see Name, Correlation Id and Description but I would like to change to see other properties. Where this can be configured?

You can use the approach which i shared above

 

When you click on the assignment group reference field showing which is sys_popup_view ,so right click on header name configure list layout and arrange columns according to your requirement.

sys_popup view as suggested by @Anand Kumar P  is good option.

are you saying the columns need to be different when person clicks on magnifying icon or when they click the i icon?

1) if for magnifying icon then configure list layout and add/remove the fields

OR

2) if for i icon then you need to configure the sys_popup view
