how to use Table API to get info about the columns in the view
for example, column info of table is present in sys_dictionary and table api can help retrieve the info, How to do something similar for views in servicenow

I won't expose sys_dictionary data via table API as it contains all the table information.
Instead you can use scripted rest api and handle the logic within script and give proper API response.
