How come when I have the number as the farthest left column it is hyperlinked to the ticket but when I move it, it is no longer hyperlinked?

Hi @joshmorris
Out of the box, the first column is always hyperlinked & any other field which type = reference. A number is not the reference field, so when it is moved to the middle, it will no longer be a hyperlink

Hi @joshmorris
There is a OOB rule applying to lists:
a) if the first column is NOT a Reference field, the form of the current table will be opened
b) if the first column IS a Reference field, the form of the referenced table will be opened.
and incident number is not the reference field thats why it in not opening the record if placed middle
Please mark helpful if my response helped you.
Thanks & Regards,
