@Rai2 did you find a solution for this? I am experiencing the same issue and I understand that the problem comes from the fields Received Email Subject and Received Email body not being filled with the Inbound action email data, but I cannot figure out why the information is not taken from there... In my case I can confirm that this information is shown in the Trigger Output.
