comments are updating multiples times i am going through the fd_data.trigger.changed fields

Hello everyone 

Please help out to get the current and previous values I am going through for each condition that is not working please help, it not taking the field value, it is stopping on for each changed field

Couldn't understand the screenshot, It would be easy if you describe plain logic what you are evaluating in your loop. I suspect you are comparing string notes for any change on record as per screenshot? if yes it will not work as comments are not unique?
