Comments copying again from Sentinel to serviceNow

When we are updating work notes in ServiceNow, it is copying to Sentinel and again copying back from Sentinel to ServiceNow

Can anyone help us with this.

Hi @Nagasri,

Same it happens when we comment on RITM and it updates on Task and Task is updated then RITM get updated.

Please help from this thread and update the BR accordingly:

But this is out of the box integration from serviceNow to Sentinel, it is causing issue
