Comments section not visible for knowledge items in service portal.

While opening a knowledge article in service portal page. Sometimes I am not getting the comment section to post. When I am opening the other knowledge article at the same time it is visible. So, my main concern is that comments posting section is sometimes visible and sometimes not. Particularly when I open the article for the first time it is not showing and clicking other its showing and again clicking the first one now it is showing.
