Hi Team,
I'm facing this issue wherein the Knowledge block field seems to be disabled/read only. I had recently installed Knowledge blocks. The issue seems to happen with only one of the knowledge bases.
Any idea what the issue could be?
Johnny

Hi Team,
I was able to fix the issue.
So I had created the KB block in earlier version and taken xml back up of the same. When we cloned prod to dev & upgraded it, we had to install KB block plugin again.
I uploaded this xml backup in the KB Block table and as per the OOTB client script "Make Enable Blocks Read Only"
it was setting the field to readonly.
Solution:
1. Deleted my xml uploaded.
and was then able to access the 'Enable Blocks' field.
2. Enabled the blocks on the Knowledge base.
3. Re uploaded the xml.
worked fine.

Hi @JohnnySnow
Check for Field Dictionary and UI Policies
The Knowledge block field might have specific dictionary attributes or UI policies that make it read-only under certain conditions.
Field Dictionary: Check the dictionary entry for the Knowledge block field to see if it has any attributes that make it read-only.
Regards,
Sid
