Completed Risk Assessment( change_request) - Previously created Assessments are not showing

Hi There,

I recently made the previous Risk Assessment Questionnaires inactive and added new ones.

ITSM now claims that when they click on the 'Completed Risk Assessments' UI Action, they are unable to view the risk assessments which were created a few weeks ago with the Old Risk Assessment Questionnaires.

Is it possible to fix this problem and show any finished risk assessments in the 'Completed Risk Assessment' UI Action without having to activate the previous ones? Old ones will also show up on the New Risk Assessment form if we activate them.

Could you please check if there is any predefined filters on the list which is displayed when clicking on "Completed Risk Assessments"? It might be having a filter which is showing only active Risk Assessments

HI @Dharma Liyanag

I think that’s expected behavior, as the old risk assessment base has been changed, and a new one has been added. When we click on the previous field assessment, it picks the reference from the old question, which no longer exists, so it won’t show. I also think @Medi C's point could be a reason. Check on both sides.
