I am noticing that the HTML editor is not allowing users to scroll down to see there full email draft that goes beyond the editor window when the compose email window is maximized. If I put enough text there will be a scroll bar but it will not show the full email draft.
Also noticing that the HTML editor is unable to be resized to fit all of a draft within the window.
The scroll bar seems to appear when the compose email window is resized but is touchy on how much of the email it will show.
This began after upgrading to Tokyo did not run into this issue in San Diego as the scroll bar was always visible in the editor.
Also to be noted is that this is a instance wide issue and seems to be occurring in multiple different browsers. Have already tried clearing browser data.

I have reported this issue to ServiceNow and they are working on fixing this issue in Tokyo Patch 6.

I have reported this issue to ServiceNow and they are working on fixing this issue in Tokyo Patch 6.
