Hi,

How to conditionally Show/Hide comment box based on the "Helpful" selection in knowledge article view.

When we click on View article in knowledge article, we have two options for Helpful with Yes and No buttons and a comment box.

If we select Helpful as Yes, comment box should be hidden

If we select Helpful as No the comment box should be displayed, allowing the user to enter comments.

How to implement this?

Any help is much appreciated.
