Confidential email notifications using scopped applications

Hi Everyone,

We are building secured application with some emails notifications to users.

when we send any email from ServiceNow to other system(any users email)  it should be "confidential"   

Anyone has implemented such emails configurations?

any suggestions please let me know...Not understanding the approach how to  set the email notifications as confidential ...
