Configuration changes not applying due to difference in instances

Hi Community,

 

I am facing an issue while commiting the update set in upper environment, As there is some changes in between the upper and lower environments. 

 

I am trying to migrate the changes on the number prefix on my custom table, The below is

After checking the Auto number the below fields are populating as shown below.

The below following is the config table on my lower instance.

I suspect, As we have some differences in the instances, Though the prefix changes were captured in the update sets its not reflecting on the higher instances. Is there any work arounds or solution that we can fix this scenario??

Hi @Madhan27 ,

 

  • Change the prefix over the module "Number maintenance"

These changes won't capture in update sets. Please try to Export xml and import in other instances.

Hi @Sumanth16 , I hope you saw the difference in the two iinstances which I posted with screen shots, If we do import / Export XML you sure it will apply the changes?
