Hi Rajesh,
Firstly I would suggest raising a hi-ticket with ServiceNow as there are so many factors to performance issues.
Secondly, have you made any changes to the reference qualifier of the configuration item field ?
Does this only occur on the workspace ? What about on the form view or list view ?

No, we did't do any changes in reference qualifier of the CI field.
yes, it occurs only Workspace.

Hi Rajesh,
Yes I think it might be a platform issue then , we had something similar and raised a ticket with ServiceNow.
Never got down to the root cause but it did get resolved.
