configuration of inbox in service operational workspace

How to configure the connect chat icon feature at the header in interaction record tab (that is auto-assigned to agent) within the inbox to differentiate the type of interaction in Service Operational workspace.
I'm trying to bring the connect chat icon besides the interaction number at tab title, to differentiate between the incoming interaction record type, i.e., of type-chat and type- messaging. type chat should appear with 1 chat icon and type messaging should appear with 2 chat icons as displayed below:
the icons have to be displayed at highlighted area as shown below:
