Configure incident ticket page

I want to add a tab which will display the description of the incident. How can this be done?

You can configure this in the ticket_configuration table.

I tried this but I need to add a separate tab. There is no easy way to do it OOBT

True it's not OOTB. You can add a new there, you however need to create a widget to show the data you want.

Hi there,

 

Havent's tried your use case specifically. I would need to reproduce.

 

Though if doing anything in this direction: "Standard Ticket > Standard Ticket Configuration" is your goto.
