I want to add a tab which will display the description of the incident. How can this be done?

I was testing it for you as well, and am seeing the same behaviour.

Maybe @Mark Roethof still has an idea, otherwise I would suggest you create a case for Now Support.


Help others to find a correct solution by marking the appropriate response as accepted solution and helpful.

Bad customer 😋 No kinding. Though you can try to push back. Or just also mention to the customer the effort involved in creating something like this custom. I mean, using what I already showed... 10 seconds? Creating a custom widget, how much time did you already spend on this? An extreme amount more 😁. And what does it really offer the customer more? Probably hardly anything...

I have created the widget. But for some reason it is not getting displayed. It does get displayed when I add this widget in other places but not in Standered Ticketing tab. Do you know why?
