Configure the Navbar, footer, Button of Employee Portal

Hi Fellow Developers, I AM VERY NEW TO PORTAL, I NEED YOUR HELP.   ////////////URGENT HELP REQUIRED

I have a requirement to configure the Employee portal - NavBar, Footer, Button color, Taxanomy.

Client has given me the reference image.

Challenges : 
1. I have change the background the color using the Branding editor but don't know how to change the background color of Specific below "Technology services" Dropdown

Want to these : Default Color - Hover Color - Selected Color

2. I have successfully change the color to this Button - Browse Technology Services but when I click the button should be change

3. I have successfully change the color of Nav bar and their link but again when I click color should be changed
