Configured the HR ticket page header for an HR service but it doesn't overwrite the Title row in ESC

Hi i Configured the "Opened for / Approver view" HR ticket page like in Docs.

I selected the same COE like in the HR Service.

I create a Hr Case.
Got to the Portal View, with opened for user, and can not see the new short description,

It still shows another Short Description (same short desc mentioned in the hr case)

Could there be a Problem with the widget?
OR could there be Custom COnfig which i dont know?
Any Idea where i should check?

I rebuild the same in my PDI, but i also does not Update the Title row

Did the same in the PDI all with sys admin

Hi @Meloper ,

You can try using COE as "HR case[sn_hr_case]", while configuring not " HR total Rewards" :

And while creating the HR case, Select the Respected HR service, the COE would get selected Automatically:

Now Finally on the Employee center , you can see :

Unfortunately, it does not work either.
Strange also that I have a fresh PDI.
ESC and HRSD installed.
