We have extended incident table to create scoped application. Now we want to use major incident workbench for incident records created in new table. So I'm trying to configure communication plan definition but not getting option to choose channel "Conference" in communication task definition related links. We have already configured Twilio/Notify for incident table. Is there any configuration required for new table? Please suggest.
