Configuring Now Agent

Greetings, 

 

I have a PDI that I am working on to understand how to build out Now Mobile Agent.  Essentially, I am trying to recreate the out of box functionality for incidents but with interactions.  I have interactions displaying and can resolve them as well as creating an incident from an interaction but am unable to create an "Edit Assigned To" function.  I need to have multiple fields editable but I keep getting error messages about Unsupported Screen.  If anyone is willing to offer assistance, I would greatly appreciate it.
