Conflict check working for Blackout schedules but not for child schedules under it

In Change Models, on clicking Check Conflict UI action related link, it is detecting the Blackout schedules but not detecting the child scheduled available under Blackout schedules. I am using the Out of the box code. No customization is done yet.
