We know that for AI to work efficiently and effectively, it needs valid and quality data.
Issue1:
No valid/quality data == Untrusty and unreliable answers
Issue2:
AI Hallucinations
One example:
Google search
Now user has to again check in google to find out that 'ServiceNow code analyzer' doesnt exist.

Hi @Suggy
I can understand your frustration, however in my opinion the situation is not a completely different one. Do you have an idea how many wrong answers I have seen before the area of AI? And at the beginning of my ServiceNow career, I also gave one or two wrong answers here, simply because I didn't know any better at that moment.
That is precisely the crux of the matter: human oversight is still required to scrutinize and validate AI results!
Coming back to your initial topic: Yes, there is no Code Analyzer in ServiceNow. Taking a look on the results of several AIs (ChatGPT, Perplexity) it seems it was mixed with the "Access Analyzer" feature. However, ServiceNow Impact provides something similar - called "Proactive Code Checks" (see https://www.servicenow.com/docs/csh?topicname=proactive-code-check.html&version=latest) which on the other side seems just to be a polished Instance Scan. And third party vendors have products in place which also do code analysis based on best practices,
