Confusion with respect to using my CAD Voucher

Hi,
I got a voucher from my company. When I went to claim, it initially said, 'Prerequisites required'. When I clicked on it, there was no check mark for Webassessor, and when I clicked on it, it said expired in 2023. So, is it now that my voucher I got from my company, is not usable? Its expiration is Dec 2025. It initially said prerequisites required, and now it says 'Pay and Begin'. I am confused. Kindly help.

No, it is still usable. I’m assuming you did not change the company after getting this voucher. You need to link your Webassessor account with Now Learning again, and then you can claim it. If there is no option to link your email with Webassessor, then log a Now Learning case and the team will guide you.

I didn't change my company, but I requested them to move my account information from my client email to my personal email, which they have done. Here are some more screenshots.

Hi @Dave_p It looks like, due to account migration, your Webassessor account expired. Since, as you mentioned, it’s a personal account (like Gmail), vouchers are not free in this case—you’ll need to pay. If you want it for free, you need to switch to an official email ID; otherwise, you’ll have to pay the amount.
