Connect Chat (Chat with Live Agent) - No agent available

Hello all....

I am trying to use "Live Chat" in my PDI on OOB ESC (HR Portal). I have few question:

1) How do I disable virtual agent - we are not ready to use virtual agent just yet

2) I have activate the plugins, create new chat queue, assigned it to HR Portal, but once I skip "Virtual agent" topic selection,

I am not sure what I am doing incorrect. Can someone please help me

HI,


1) Go to Collaborate in left navigation

2) Open General Setting

3) Change Greetings topic to Live Agent Support

Thank you for response Ashutosh but I am not seeing "Collaborate" as menu in left navigation. i have checked under "All Application", I don't see it.

find_real_file.pngI do see "Chat Set up" and updated "HR Queue" to appropriate queue that I created.

Check this property:

glide.connect.chat.disabled
