wonder if anyone faced a similar issue from the connect chat days:
Enduser(snc_external) cannot download a file posted by the fulfiller from a chat.
the hyperlink under the attachment name in the chat forwards you to
/$sn-va-web-client-app.do?sysparm_nostack=true&sysparm_stack=no&sysparm_portal=csm&sysparm_page=csm_index&sysparm_language=de&sysparm_liveagent_application=csm&sysparm_live_agent_only=true&sysparm_liveagent_queue=1462b52a8717f4108b1e32e83cbb35d2&sysparm_branding_key=fit_csm_branding&sysparm_liveagent_interaction_contact=84e06be81bb598506f286428bd4bcbe2&sysparm_liveagent_interaction_account=46c0e7e81bb598506f286428bd4bcbd4
which opens the same chat in a new browser tab.
instead of sys_attachment table, the same goes for any posted link in the chat, even if you directly send a link to the attachment (e.g.: /sys_attachment.do?sys_id=abdcabefc376ca1050adf1f4e40131de) it'll still send you the same chat in a new browser tab.
My first thought was ACL that the enduser might be lacking privileges to pass through, but if I just open a sys_attachment link manually - the attachment in question is downloaded with no issues.
