Hi
I am trying integrate Service now with Nagios and getting below error: Can you please help me in fixing this ?
/usr/local/nagios/libexec/sn_ticketer.pl --page='incident.do' --buildmap
Config loaded.

Connection to Service-Now Failed: 302 Found

Hello Bharath,
You need to authenticate by passing user_id and password of the admin/web_service_admin.

After changing to admin role, it is not working also. Still we are getting same error.

Connection to Service-Now Failed: 302 Found
Same issue. The id and password for connecting with Instance is already provided in config.ini.
