Content Item External link not working.

I have a content item where I am trying to redirect to external URL.

But when I click on that content item it does not redirect to specified URL,but redirects to error page which says page you are trying to find is not available.

Eg, If i want it to redirect to https://www.google.com

The URL in browser is forming as https://community.servicenow.com/ep/https://www.google.com

Can someone please help?
