Contextual Search Action

Hi, 

I use the contextual search function on Service Catalog.

Knowledge articles are displayed as a result for contextual search, and use options "This helped" and "Attached".

Can I customize these options?

For example I want to change the behavior when selecting an action and layout.

Where can I set this?
