Contextual search is not working in Service Portal

Dear All,

Hope all of you are safe and doing well.

I have a requirement where I have to add Contextual search results for a field on the record producer in Service Portal. To achieve it, I have added a Record Producer Configuration under Contextual Search as shown below:

I have updated the form with the correct info shown as follows:

Now, when I tried to verify if the changes are working fine, I navigated to the record producer in the Service Portal and typed in 'email' keyword in the 'Please provide issue summary' field but I did not get any search results as shown below:

I would be extremely grateful if someone can help me with the troubleshooting of the issue.

Hi Priya,

 

Thanks for your response. After adding macro, contextual results came up on the record producer page. Marking your response as correct answer.

You just need to add the widget "Contextual Search - Inline Results" to your macro type variable named "contextual_search_results". Please see the below snap :
