Control attestaions(smart Assessments) fields not dispalying

I created a two reference fields 'Control' and 'Entity' on "sn_smart_asmt_instance" (Smart assessment)table, Added these two fields on list layout of workspace. But I'm unable to see the added details on Control attestations workspace
