Control Visibility of REQ, RITM and TASK records created via a particular catalog item.

Hi All,

 

We have a catalog item named "Termination". Whenever a request is submitted via this catalog item, the REQ, RITM and TASK records created should be visible of 4 groups only. How we can achieve this?
