convert csv to xls

Is there any way to convert CSV format to XLS before attaching it to the data source.

I'd like to help but Chuck did a good job trying to help, and I'd follow his lead in this.   I can't think of much more either.   If you can change the source to a CSV instead of a TSV it might solve your issues.

Im not familar with the way to do this.   I appears there's some github repos doing that kind of stuff but I didn't look into that deeply.
