Convert PDF to any other formats

Hi Team,

We have a Integration requirement, In which we will be receiving the data as PDF format. Is it possible to read the file in ServiceNow and use the data to create records in the table. If reading the file is not possible, then is it possible to convert the pdf to any other supported format?

Unfortunately, this only works for certain entitlements. ServiceNow will not convert your PDF to something else. You should do that before it enters the platform.

You can use the "Document Intelligence" feature available in ServiceNow to obtain data from the PDF document.
