not possible.

If user wants to open RITM the only way is to click the i icon and go to that record

The OOTB arrangment for reference type field are best one and there is no direct option to add hyperlink with field value, the info icon is already there for that purpose.

You can try some other type column with with same value and appy some html tag hyperlink tag.
