Given that FNOL agent has created a claim
When I log into Service Now and I am on the landing page
Then I see a list of Claims submitted by FNOL agent which need manual review
When I click on the claim# hyperlink
Then it takes me to Personal Auto Insurance Claim playbook with Manual Validation step displayed on the left rail and sub-steps as shown in the mockup.
How this can be done? I am working on personal lines claim in financial services workspace.
