Copy and Paste screenshot that creates an attachment in incident form

Hello all,
We currently have a drag and drop and paperclip as methods for adding an attachment to an incident form.
I would like to create something where the users can copy and paste the screenshot and that will automatically add as an attachment to the ticket.
An example of what I am trying to achieve is below. Does anyone know where I can find guidance on this if its even possible?

Thank you for the reply. The article did help but we already have that process in place.
I am going to rephrase my question. Its not exactly drag and drop its more like copy and paste the screenshot in a field on the incident form and that automatically creates an attachment.
