Hi,
We are currently on the Zurich version.
While working with the Change Request form, I noticed an issue with the Copy Change functionality.
For example, if I have an existing Open Emergency Change and use the Copy Change option from the context menu to create a new change record, all the fields are correctly copied from the existing record to the new record.
However, after saving the new record, all the copied values remain the same except for the Type field. Since the original record is an Emergency Change, I expect the copied record to retain Emergency as its Type.
Instead, after saving, the Type is automatically changed from Emergency to Normal. Attached screenshot
Please suggest on this
thanks in advance😊

ahoy @shaiku384545253,
what you can do is to request/open your PDI and retry the same process.
If the behaviour is the same (emergency change > copy change > saved as normal) then it is default behaviour, if an emergency change is copied in your PDI and saved as emergency then it is an issue of your instance and should be debugged there as it would most likely be caused by customisation(s).
Try it in PDI and let me know what you found

Hello, you need to add the "Model" field in the Change form and if needed remove it with an onLoad client script.
