Copy Change UI Action issue

Hi Team,

I am using OOB Copy Change UI Action and when a new change is created, CTASKs of the newly created change request Opened date are picking up the same date as the change request which we copied,
PFA screenshot for the same.

How can I fix this please guide me.

Did you check the script which is creating ctask?

Yes found the issue in the Script Include and fixed this issue.
