Copy Flow to Subflow

The flow in question has 49 steps and would be tedious to convert manually. I was wondering if there's an alternate feature like 'Copy Flow' where we can convert/copy the steps in an existing flow to a subflow then edit from there.

From the flow you want to copy:

  1. Next to the "actions" section click "Select multiple"
    1. GuyHome_2-1743521979079.png
  2. tick every consecutive steps you want in you subflow
  3. on the top right of the first selected step, there's "Operations: " hover over the symbols to get the help text and click the one with "Convert to subflow"

  4. Give it a name and click "Convert to subflow"

Hi,

If another subflow already exists and you wanted to copy steps from another flow to that subflow, unfortunately, that isn't possible. You'd have to create the copy first, then work with it directly, from there.

Great helps. Thanks

Hi,

Where are you seeing the "actions" section? Is this still an available method in 2025? If you could provide a screenshot(s), I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

Best,
