The flow in question has 49 steps and would be tedious to convert manually. I was wondering if there's an alternate feature like 'Copy Flow' where we can convert/copy the steps in an existing flow to a subflow then edit from there.

From the flow you want to copy:
- Next to the "actions" section click "Select multiple"
- tick every consecutive steps you want in you subflow
- on the top right of the first selected step, there's "Operations: " hover over the symbols to get the help text and click the one with "Convert to subflow"
- Give it a name and click "Convert to subflow"
Voila
